Darwinism and popular culture: Expelled - The Movie site ramps up

The site for the movie Expelled, defending the ID guys and starring Ben Stein in short pants, which I first wrote about here, now features lots of information and much snazz:

Theme: Big Science has expelled new ideas from the classroom.

Interestingly, when I first broke the story on my blog, someone wrote to me wondering if it was a hoax. I had said no. This morning, having seen the trailers, etc., the same person wrote to apologize for doubting me. I replied,

Oh, please don’t feel bad about it. A little healthy skepticism never hurt anyone.

But if it had been a hoax, those guys spent a fortune hoaxing hundreds of people. For all the trouble they went to, they might as well just MAKE a movie.

Which is what they are doing.
